Double Birthday Celebrations

January is a busy month for our family for birthdays and the latest two are our son Daniels and his youngest daughter Jenna. Family dinner night we organised an ice cream cake for after dinner to celebrate the occasions. It wasn't a big night just the six of us and I had made a couple of quiches for dinner but one wasn't cooked so we ate the other which wasn't really enough for the six of us but we had salad to go with it so thank heavens for the cake. Jenna went first to blow out the candles then a quick adjustment to the numbers and it was Daniel's turn, of course we sang Happy Birthday to the two of them. You really wouldn't want to rely on us for a mammoth celebration but I hope they both enjoyed it.
