We have been attending this festival since it started and I am happy to report it gets better each year. It is so well organised and set out with specific areas for Italian food stalls, other food or combined stalls and then other produce. It covers a large area so having the distinct areas means you can plan your walk around to make sure you see everything. There are plenty of toilets and rest areas so no excuse for not going. There is a fantastic mix of food trucks and we had already decided before we left home to have our morning coffee there on arrival and there was a coffee truck at the entry with seats around if needed. We decided to have our coffee along the way so we headed for the furthermost point so that the last exhibitions we visited were on our way back to the car. We planned to have lunch there and to pick up food for dinner that night so as we walked around we checked out the items we wanted to pick up on the way back. On our return from visiting the other produce stalls of which there was an interesting mix of jewelry, plants, wood items, clothing, soaps and diff-users, sauces, breads, cakes, wines and beer we stopped off at Doin' Dumplings for lunch. We shared a mix of dumplings and dim sims for lunch, which were really good and fresh and then kept on walking to visit the other food trucks to pick up dinner that night. We came home with artisan sour dough bread, cannoli, calamari, seafood paella and chicken paella. Nearly dinnertime and I can't wait to tuck in.
