We had visited here before but we had promised our boys to take them again the Christmas school holidays. We also wanted to combine this visit with our son and his family because they are going on a trip around Australia and would not be here when it was their girl's birthday. We planned it to coincide with our grandson's birthday who was turning 14 in January so that he could have a mini party with his cousins. Our daughter organised a cake for our grandson and we organised one for our granddaughters. We had booked a cabana which I would thoroughly recommend, it allows much more freedom from carting goods around and also gives you a meeting point when people go in different directions. We loved it this time as much if not more than last time and I would strongly suggest this as a day out for people of all ages. The park is so well organised and staffed, there is a lot to do and we were there from 10.00am until 5.00pm and the day went so quickly. I also loved the fact that there were people from every age range.
