We packed up in our usual good time and drove down to town to pick up a coffee from the bakery. We then took off for Marion Bay intending to stop at a few places on the way to have a look around. So the places we drove through were Port Vincent, Stansbury, Edithburgh, through Yorketown and Warooka and then down to Marion Bay. We stopped at each of these towns and had a look around before moving on. It was not difficult to find the caravan park in Marion Bay and we went in a booked a lovely site for two nights. We asked for an option to extend if Robb could organise a fishing charter but unfortunately he wasn't able to organise one in the next few days so we have decided not to extend our stay down here and we will move on hoping to have better luck at our next stop. The Yorke Peninsula is unlike any other place we have been and the changing landscape is quite intriguing. There are a few places to look around tomorrow and after that we will lunch at the tavern before moving on the next day.
