Camping at Corowa

It was quiet when we pulled into the park so we didn't have any problems getting a powered site. I was a bit concerned at first because our site was under trees which was lovely in one aspect but I was a bit concerned about falling limbs. The office attendant led us to our site so I asked her the difficult question about the trees. She assured me that the current owners had heaps of tree work carried out when they took over and felt that all trees should be ok. We took her word and set up camp.It was a beautiful site overlooking the river and we had heaps of space around us. The sprinklers were on all the time trying to encourage the grass to grow so we had lots of birds visiting playing under the sprinklers. The rates were good and we ended up loving this park. It was a very short drive to town and of course Corowa is perfect for visiting outlying areas.
