We asked for recommendations in Monsaraz for lunch and this tavern was highly recommended to us and we weren't sorry we came here. We both had the pork cheeks with potatoes and pumpkin and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. the service was friendly and efficient, the views were magnificent and the food and wine were very good. The prices were equal to the experience and we had a good time. You can't do better than that.
