We included this ride in our purchase of our Hop on Hop off bus tour tickets. We rode on the bus back to the stop we needed to pick up this ride. The Tram was a bit late arriving but the driver was a lovely man so we forgave them for the time lapse. We climbed on the tram and waited for a while before it took off. The trip around Lisbon was exciting taking steep hills both up and down and seeing lots of sights on the way. At one point we stopped for the driver to change tracks and my husband jumped out to talk to the drive and picked up lots of information about the track system around Lisbon. I think if you are there you need to take this tour.
