If you have been following my reviews you will know this is our preferred way to maximise our visit to a new town or city. We have been on many services all over the world and there is a certain similarity to the tours, cost and facilities. We haven't really had any bad experiences but we now judge the tour on the how much we see, mainly the number of iconic attractions we visit and how close we are dropped off to each destination. In Madrid we took both tours one which leaves out the front of the Prado museum and the other route 2 leaves just over the road from the museum so we found this really convenient. We were taken right around the city area past many beautiful old buildings, there weren't really many stops we wanted to hop off at, Madrid is a beautiful city but the beauty for me is in the city itself.
