Our accommodation in Platja d'Aro was next door to this harbour so we took a lovely walk around here and then onto the beach area through the park and then back to the accommodation. It was a lovely walk that we would have repeated if we had more time. Platja d'Aro was our accommodation outside of Barcelona where we had two days touring and we wanted to spend the remainder of our time exploring the regions around Girona and the beach areas around our accommodation. Platja d'Aro is a small town but with great facilities, our accommodation was a short drive to the shops so we had everything close to hand.
