We hopped off the Hop on Hop off bus and walked a long way up a very high hill to this park because I was interested in seeing more of Gaudi's work. I am not saying I am a great fan of his
but I can't deny it is very interesting and he has had a huge impact on Barcelona. We had visited the Sagrada Familia so this was the obvious next step. So the first thing I need to say is unless you are very fit get a taxi up to the park, a lot of people do the tours but we were happy just to walk through and get a taste of his work. When we visited there weren't any queues and you could just walk through so I don't think I would suggest you worry about skip the line tickets, my husband is not a fan of Gaudi's work and I am a little ho hum about it but it is certainly very different to most architecture around Europe.
