Sagrada Familia - Barcelona
We booked a tour of the Sagrada because we wanted to hear it's history and future plans, we were glad we did because it made it easier to access and we found out a heap of information we wouldn't have otherwise known. The first view of the Sagrada against the skyline is very impressive and whether you like the design or not you have to admire the work that has gone into it. My husband didn't particularly like the style and I was in two minds, it is very pretty, maybe a bit too pretty, but overall I liked the look and the many colours that you see inside. We booked a morning tour which I think commenced about 9.00am and even then there were so many people there and apparently by afternoon it is so packed it is pretty difficult to get around. Our guide was most informative and was happy to answer all our questions, I would recommend anyone visiting to book a tour the tour operator was over the road and we all met at the office and were led across to the church by the guide
