One of our party wanted to visit the tractor museum in Prissac so we planned a day around this to visit a few small towns around this area. Our first stop was St. Benoit-du-Sault where we stopped for a coffee, we were outside a little cafe discussing the merits of purchasing a coffee here because we had found on our trip that a good coffee in Europe is hard to find. The owner of the cafe heard us and called out in a very English accent that her coffee was good so we took her word and walked inside and found a table, we had a lovely visit there and mentioned the fact that a lot of the coffee shops we have visited in France are owned by either English or Australian couples. The coffee was quite good but not as good as we get back home and then we had a look around the town and moved onto our next stop Prissac where we found it was too early to drop our friend off to look around the museum so then we continued to Dunet and Lignac and then back to Prissac. After we dropped our friend we headed for Chalais and then Belabrae where we had lunch. We were lucky enough here to have a couple sitting on the next table to us where the woman could speak English so she explained the menu to us so that we could order. The other towns visited on this were Hilaire-sur-Benaize, Oulches and Luzaret.
