We caught a taxi to the Trocadero
to connect with the Hop on Hop off bus for a tour of Paris. We had passed here the day before and intended to return so this was an ideal opportunity. We walked to the edge of the plaza and the view to the Eiffel Tower is not to be missed. The plaza leads down to the gardens and the whole area is quite spectacular. There were lots of tourists here but there were also lots of students spending a relaxing hour or so catching up with friends or just enjoying the ambiance. The Trocadero is on one side of a hub of streets that seem to branch off in different directions that I think would probably take you all over Paris. One of the highlights of Paris for us.
