We only had a few nights in Sorrento so we thought the best way to see the coast was to book a tour and we were very happy that we did. The tour was excellent starting at Sorrento where we were staying and then going all the way to Ravello. We had a very charismatic, in the true Italian tradition, tour guide who also had lots of information about the areas to share with us. We had a halfway stop at a point where there was a gift shop come coffee shop, we grabbed a coffee but I think the opportunity was there to purchase some of the locally produced wares. We finished up at Ravello which both Robb and I loved and that would be my suggestion to everyone visiting the Amalfi Coast, make sure you visit Ravello. The view as you drive around the coast are nothing short of magnificent, and it is very difficult just to isolate a few photos to highlight in this review. As I said earlier we stayed at Sorrento and we would certainly stay there again.
