You can't visit the Barossa Valley and not visit Seppeltsfield. I think it is one of the older wineries of the area and Seppeltsfield is a whole area. The main buildings are spectacular and the landscaping in the gardens is worth a visit on it's own merit. You can do a tasting at the cellar door, visit the Jamfactory or Vasse Virgin if you are interested in Olive Oil products and there is a cafe with alfresco dining. Of course the wines would be the highlight of your visit and the staff really know what they are talking about. We didn't have lunch here because we visited later in the day but I think when we return lunch will be on the agenda.
