We left Peterborough to drive to Tanunda in the Barossa Valley and on our way we passed through the very picturesque little town of Burra. If we hadn't of had plans to stay for a couple of nights in Tanunda we would have stayed here because there seemed to be plenty to do but we will certainly put this on our list to return to one day. There is a river running through the town with a very impressive bridge which is used to connect both sides of the town. There are lots of historic building that need inspecting and we only managed to see a few and we didn't have time to check out the history. This is a very busy town and there were lots of caravans parked along the roadside so we think this might be a popular stop off for the grey nomads in their travels. See you some time soon Burra.
