Victoria Park was just behind the caravan park we were staying at in Peterborough and there was a gate between the caravan park and Victoria Park so that we could easily access it. However, we decided to drive around mainly because we called in on the way back from somewhere else. It has an impressive entry gate which has been neglected and it is a pretty little park but needs a bit of work to make it more than that but the many ducks living there seemed to think it was ok. The ducks must get fed regularly by visitors because as soon as we turned off the engine they came running over which was enough to chase me back to the car because there were a couple of geese in with the ducks and I have a bit of a fear of geese mainly because I have been attacked by them in the past.
