The Town Hall is a gorgeous example of architecture and was completed in 1927. The walls are adorned with gold ornamentals and the wooden floorboards are in good condition. There is a good sized stage at one end of the main hall and a gorgeous

staircase up to the second floor. The Town Hall is the home of the Federation Quilt which was made by the Peterborough Quilters to commemorate 100 years of progress in Peterborough in 2001.
