We purchased out tickets at the Big 4 Caravan Park because they were a little cheaper than at the Pioneer Settlement but either way we thought they were good value for what you saw. The tickets are valid for two days and you are able to come and go as you please through that time. There was heaps to look at and the park was staffed with volunteer staff who obviously loved what they did and were more than happy to share information with us and to demonstrate working equipment. We unfortunately only had a few hours to look around but we made good use of our time and even had a ride on the horse and carriage and the old time car that a volunteer drove around the park. If you have a ride in the car make sure you hop in the very comfortable back seat.
