We had a huge hole in one of our front double glazed windows, a result of Robb mowing the lawns and I had organised for it to be replaced before we went away but they couldn't get here until after we returned. The window company had been out to measure up and then we organised for them to come out today to replace it. All was going well until the window decided to slip out and fall to the ground. It was very loud and broke into a thousand pieces. How the workmen picked it up I will never know.
