Termite Mounds - Litchfield National Park

We pulled over to have a look at the Cathedral Termite mounds on the way back from Wangi falls. We did see lots of these on our driving on the top end but it was good to stop and look at this excellent example of the mounds and to read the information on the termites that build these huge structures. We also thought the attraction was very well done and well worth the stop.
