We had always planned to stay at Daly Waters Pub but didn't expect that it would be off the main route and up a little side road. Not that this matters we found it ok and just loved it at first sight. We booked a powered site at the pub and then drove back down the road to the caravan park entry, the park is behind the pub which was very convenient. There is a manager who shows you to your spot, we were fairly early in the day so we put in a few requests and ended up in an excellent position. We decided to stay for two nights because we had the time and were looking for a bit of down time. We were over the road to the amenities which were fairly new and well maintained, I wanted to do a wash and there was one washing machine and to use this you put a donation in a jar in the pub and put your clothes in line and go back to use the machine when you think it will be ready. Happy hour at the pub is between 5.00 and 6.00
pm every day and entertainment commences at 5.30pm so we wandered over both days because it was a lot of fun. We had dinner there both nights and the food was basic but good. We would both highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to return.
