I am so lucky to have my own private Santa who loves to make our own Christmas puddings each year. Today was the day, so out with our copious amounts of dried fruits and fresh fruit and vegetables, lots of chopping and mixing and finally into the calico ready to go into our huge steaming pot of water. This pudding is massive when finished but it is able to last forever if given the opportunity.
