Chinaman's Creek Dam - Cloncurry

Initially we were unsure if we were staying in Cloncurry for one or two nights but decided to stay one night, have a look around the town in the morning and and then to drive on to Mt. Isa. We grabbed the obligatory coffee, had a quick look around and then we were on our way. We noticed the sign to Chinama's Creek Dam and felt we should turn off and take a look at the dam while we were in the area. The creek is in a lovely setting with a picnic area and would be a good stop over for caravanners along this road. We stayed for a while and then we were once again on our way.
