We love cable cars so couldn't wait to travel on Skyrail, because this is such a very popular activity we had to book ahead and I would recommend every one to do this so you don't miss out. The trip back is via the Kuranda Scenic Railway or you can do the trip the other way around. The cost for the two of us was about $230 and we thought it was great value for money. We stopped off at the Baron Gorge stop and walked down to look at the gorge which is quite spectacular and then we hopped back on and continued to Kuranda. The gondolas were very clean, the service at both ends of the rail was excellent. There was a hold up with one of the gondolas before we boarded but the staff kept everyone up to date with what was going on and then when they were running again they put us all through in good time. Well done everyone we had a great experience.
