I found it hard to find a title for this visit because it is really difficult to explain the experience. You drive down a road in Rome, cross a bridge, drive through the gates and you are in another state, the smallest state in the world. There are strict regulations for the people who live here as to whether or not they are residents but for us it was all about the culture and experience. We prepurchased tickets and were looking forward to our tour.
