National Rome Museum of Diocletian Baths

We visited this site mainly because we were so impressed with the Basilica Santa Maria degli Angeli and the ruins of the Diocletian baths where Michelangelo had established this church. After leaving the church we walked around the corner taking photos of the beautiful old ruins and then came across the museum, so you don't walk away from this opportunity to visit Rome's history. This is a very small museum and we think it is a project on the go where there is still lots to add. However the outside area is well designed and a lovely area to wander, we enjoyed our time here but I am not sure I would recommend it as a must see when there are so many historic areas in Rome not to miss. I would love to hear the views of other visitors though.
